Quality system
To achieve the company’s work safety guidelines and objectives, the General Manager provides the basis for the company’s commitment to the establishment, implementation and continuous improvement of QHSE management system through following activities:
1) Establish and implement QHSE management system with prevention-oriented and continuously improving scientific management perspectives;
2) Follow related laws and regulations, technical standards/specifications as well as conventions and practices concerning petroleum instrument manufacturing and engineering and technical services for petroleum exploration and development of the host country, region and industry, and carefully organize production and construction pursuant to the design;
3) Carry out rules and regulations, procedures, technical standards and operating specifications concerning manufacturing of petroleum instruments and engineering technology services for petroleum exploration and development, and provide necessary human resources, material resources and financial resources for the effective operation and continuous improvement of QHSE system;
4) Conduct education and trainings on QHSE related professional skills for employees, continuously increase employees’ awareness of quality/safety/environmental protection and operational skills, make sure that manufacturing of petroleum instruments as well as engineering technology for petroleum exploration and development meet clients’ requirements, ensure the fitness and occupational health of employees, and ensure pollution prevention and environmental protection;
5) Understand the clients’ demands, provide quality services and meet clients’ requirements;
6) Effectively control hazards and reduce risks;
7) Achieve up-to-standard discharge and protect the environment;
8) Accept supervision of superior administrative department, employees and the owner, and continuously improve professional skills;
9) Have a consistent attitude towards QHSE at any place.
Test method
1. Taking the lead in quality
Taking the lead in quality means the company takes quality as the top-priority objective of all work and the major criterion for performance evaluation; secondly, the company will continuously improve and raise the quality of its products/services through unremitting efforts of the company and its staff, and catch up and surpass the world’s advanced standard while establishing and maintaining its leading position in China. Therefore, leaders of the company at different levels must devotedly fulfill their quality responsibilities, staff must be able to systematically master and skillfully use quality management approaches and tools, and pursue zero fault, zero defect and excellent performance in all work (including quality, safety and environmental behaviors).
2. Being customer-oriented
Customer is the foundation for the survival and development of a company. Being customer-oriented means to always put customers’ requirements in the first place, and always pay attention to the demands, changes and potential demands of customers. It also means to take customers satisfaction as the criterion for company to measure quality of products/services as well as the basis for evaluation of operational result of quality, safety and environmental management system, and to achieve company’s development by continuously satisfying and surpassing clients’ expectations.
3. Putting safety first
Putting safety first means to conduct all production and operation activities based on safety. Company’s directors at different levels shall be made the primary responsible person, and atmosphere for safety management of all staff shall be created and maintained in the company to make sure everyone is responsible for work safety, civilized operation, elimination of hazards, launch of environmental and safety contingency plan and report of accidents, and thus avoid the occurrence of safety accident/incident.
4. Giving priority to prevention
Giving priority to prevention means to firmly establish risk identification, risk assessment and risk prevention mechanism in operation, production, management and all other areas, start from the prevention of quality, safety and environmental accident, avoid business risk, financial risk and all other risks, and improve risk management and control system.
5. Maintaining health
Employees are the most valuable asset of the company. Directors at different levels shall adhere to the corporate philosophy of “One Family, One School and One Army”, maintain physical and psychological health of employees, and allow every employee to develop along with the company’s development and share business and development results.
6. Protecting environment
Environmental protection is both the most important responsibility and commitment of the company and one of the most important objectives of the company’s business operations and development. The company shall take protection of natural environment and ecological environment as its mission, establish sound environmental management system, specify environmental protection responsibilities and obligations of managers at different levels and all staff, prevent all environmental pollutions, develop excellent environmental impact mechanism, play a great role in environmental impact, and achieve the company’s objective of sustainable development with scientific outlook on development and environmental friendly circular economy.
7. Striving for innovation
Since the company is a high-tech private enterprise, innovation is the lifeline for the company’s operations and development.
